How It Works

Mentorship sessions run in 34 languages — from English, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, and Hindi through Ukrainian, Tamil, Filipino, and Thai — through our live video technology and the chat interface. Start the session in your language; the mentor follows. Mid-conversation switches work too, which bilingual members use constantly: feelings in one language, logistics in another.

Why It Matters

Mentorship in a second language is thinking with a handicap. The moments you need a mentor — pressure, grief, ambition, conflict — are exactly the moments you don't want to be translating yourself. Wisdom lands deepest in your first language. That's now the default, not a premium.
